They moved me to a new room and offered to help with the luggage but as I had not unpacked I was able to roll the luggage over to a room 4 doors down the corridor. The service was very efficient and courteous and everyone i met was helpful. The room was of a good size but the furniture, fittings and linens looked little old and in need of refurbishment. The batroom was small and a handwash soap was the only toiletry offered. The heater/airconditioner did not seem to respond to changes in setting. My room was spacious and quiet; it had a bath-tub and all necessary amenities. Everything worked smoothly. There is a very comfortable lobby bar downstairs that is a great hang-out place for guests and visitors alike. The fitness center at the hotel is one of the better ones I've seen. It's got probably about a dozen different treadmills, stair masters, and bikes, so there's plenty to choose from, even if there were many people there.
