  "Best hotel I've stayed at in a while. Clean new rooms, tasteful and modern decor, quiet location, and absolutely wonderful hospitality from the staff and management. I'd tried several of the other hotels in the area and had experienced everything from dirty sheets (that were changed to "clean" sta..."ined ones), terrible mildew (actually had an asthma attack and switched hotels in the middle of the night), clogged sinks, broken appliances, and walls so thin I could hear conversations of my neighbors. This hotel has had none of the above. I travel for work and am away from home most of the month; have asked my company to book me only at this hotel when I'm in the area, it's worth the drive even when I need to be in Carbondale. The hotel room was very clean, quiet, and well-appointed with a comfortable bed with plen..."ty of pillows, a good shower with plenty of hot water, a nice desk, sufficient lighting, and eazy internet connection. The included morning breakfast presentation was fresh, varied, and tasty. I do not stay in motels/hotels to watch television or to soak in hot tubs or pools, but for those who are of that mind, those appointments were readily available also. Without hesitation or second thought, I will stay in this place again when I am in the Marion/Carbondale area. " More >
