  "I grew up in Muncie and was returning for a family wedding. I had no idea that such a quality facility existed in Muncie. The hotel is very well appointed; rooms are clean and have a "brand new" look. The breakfast area/lobby is updated, roomy, and has a homey feel. Fun to just "hang out" there...." The staff was professional, friendly and very helpful. They seemed to know my requests before I asked. I will definitely be back and would highly recommend to others. " More >

  "I originally stayed at the Baymont in Muncie, however, the hotel was out of date and my wife was stressed out with the thought of spending 10 days there. I called the Fairfield and booked a stay for 9 days. Kearston at the front desk answered and was extremely helpful. She searched for a room so ..."me and my family good check in early. The next morning she saw me and my son sitting at the table in the lobby and printed off some paper that my 2 year old could color on. The previous night, Matt was also extremely helpful. I stayed in to watch my 2 year old so the rest of the family could have a stress free dinner. They came back with a six pack and an expensive steak. My room didn't have a refrigerator so I called Matt and he put my food in a prep refrigerator downstairs. Basically, everyone here went out of their way when they didn't have to. Service was very good, people took pride in their work and smiled genuinely. Matt at the front desk was great, I had trouble accessing the internet (no..." fault of the hotel), and he was able to fix my issue. Freshly baked cookies in the afternoons were a nice touch.
