When I told the clerk why I was staying, ( to recover after major surgery) she was kind enough to give me a room with a balcony, so that I could easily get some fresh air.   "I've stayed at a couple Sheratons now and this one is very good. Great clean and modern facilities. We paid $5 and got a corner room. I found out later that there were "club" rooms that had a few more amenities including continental breakfast and a club lounge. I'm not sure what the rooms were like ..."and the website was not very descriptive on those. So I'm unsure if its worth the upgrade for $20ish dollars. Breakfast should be standard in this hotel but was not unless you were i a club room. I get that this area is corporate in nature so the little up charges for things is more common. Just a heads up. overall great pool and patio area. managers reception and very solid rooms. I'd stay again and try the club rooms. " More >

  "My cousin and I stayed at this hotel with our 2 girs (3 year old & 18months). We were in town for a wedding (Not the wedding that was being held at the hotel) and we were booked into a block of rooms that the brides family reserved. Our check-in went smoothly, our room was very nice, comfortable a..."nd it suited our needs. The hotel had modern but comfortable decor. Plenty of places to sit and relax around the lobby. The staff was very friendly. Our girls had a blast in the pool, it was so nice that it was heated!! Having Starbucks in the lobby was a definite plus!! My only complaints were that the elevators were So SLOW!! Granted, it was a busy hotel the weekend we were there but we stayed on the 4th floor and by the time we had a car stop for us, it was too full. With 2 small children, the stairs were not a convenient or practical option. It took us 15 minutes to get down to the lobby to check out on Sunday. I feel that for a hotel of this size, there should be more elevators.... " More >
