The location is fantastic, less than a 10 minute walk to the shops and restaurants of Kennebunk. Although there is a crispness and a polish to everything, we still felt total comfort. A Keurig machine is provided 24/7 in order to serve coffee, tea, chai, and hot chocolate. In the afternoon, cookies or scones are served (the best scones I have ever had. I ate too many, I dare say).
