The rooms were very quiet -- we never heard a sound from other rooms, outside, or the hallways. Beds were very comfortable. We chose the hotel to attend a graduation at American University, also..." on the metro red line. The location of the hotel directly across the street from the White Flint metro stop made it a conveninet location for the graduation and also to go into Washington without having to drive.   "I was very happy with the Crown Plaza. We had a room with 2 double beds - very nice size room. Room was clean, beds were comfortable. Bathroom was on the small side, but not an issue at all. Didn't really care for the french doors in the bathroom that had a gap inbetween (but certainly not a deal b..."reaker!)! AC/Heat was good and easy to control. We had breakfast in the hotel restaurant - very reasonably priced - especially for a hotel restaurant. They had a breakfast buffet, but we all opted to order off the menu - the food was good. I would stay here again. The hotel is kind of tucked back & not real easy to find - just a note to pay attention when arriving - no big blaring sign! The staff was very friendly and polite. " More >
