We were very pleased with our choice. the motel is a small, unassuming, simply furnished property which superficially is quite similar to many other of its ilk. The difference is in the detai..."ls/execution. First of all, the Maple Terrace was impeccably clean. There were no musty odors. Our queen matress was super comfortable. Lighting was excellent. The bathroom though small (stall shower/no tub in our room at least) was spotless, and the fixtures seemed to be of recent vintage. Secondly, the proprietor (friendly and professional) is totally on top of the reservation, check-in and check-out processes. Thirdly, the location is perfect for visits to Williams and local restaurants. We have previouslly stayed at superficially similar "small independent motels" which were extremely disappointing.   "We enjoyed a great weekend at this hotel. The room was spacious with very comfortable beds. I loved the window seat, although the view from our room was more paking lot than mountain view.
