Every staff person we came across was incredibly friendly and chatty, they are definitely doing something right here with their employees and their level of customer service :-) The hotel is bright, quiet and clean - which surprised me since they are a pet-friendly hotel - and accommodating. The lobby has snacks, beverages, etc. to purchase. Our room had 2 bedrooms with a queen bed in each, a living/dining room with a chair, couch and table with 3 chairs, kitchen with stove, microwave, fridge, dishes, pots & pans, dishwasher, and sink (appliances were a little dated, but completely functional and clean).
