I commented to my friend that it was the cleanest bathroom I've ever seen in any hotel I've stayed in. That also goes for the bathroom in the lobby. Breakfast the next morning was included in our stay and again I found it to be beyond what I expected. I ordered the french toast and was given 4 slices with fresh fruit..it was fabulous. I will say the service was slow on a Sunday morning with all the overnight guests there, but we found out later that they were short 1 worker. My daughter had a wonderful time in the pool but wished it was heated : ( because the water was colder than most pools. Aside from that, I would have no problem staying here again....and probably will even ... " More >

Included in our stay was: a complimentary buffet dinner of meatball sliders and chef salad, including all you can drink beer and wine; complimentary ..."guest laundry, complimentary internet, complimentary continental breakfast, complimentary 24 hour coffee/tea bar, a basketball court... you get the picture! Other hotel chains could definitely take lessons from Staybridge Suites in the way of customer value. My only complaint (and it's a pretty minor one) is that the person at the front desk was generally in a backroom and guests had to stand and wait for him to arrive. Overall, a great stay! " More >
