I cannot say enough about this place, it has been my salvation for many, many, years. The pool room has been newly renovated and it is esquisite, the pool classes are amazing. This is not the typical spa, no great luxuries, but it works, the food is outstanding for a weight loss spa. The portions are exact for weight loss. I have come to lose ten or 15 pounds in two weeks, I dearly love this place and it never disappoints me.
