Could improve the customer service of the front desk also. In addition, one of our team failed to get a requested wake-up call. Cook-to-order omelet with the breakfast buffet was good, but nothing exceptional. However, the waitress was phenomenal! She knew every one of the repeat business travelers and was warm, friendly and on-the-spot. Must also give credit to the gentleman handling the A/V system; he was most engaging & helpful.   "Have never stayed in any of the rooms but have attended several trainings & business meeting there and thought it was a pretty descent place. Was planning on staying there in two weeks along with two of my good friends to attend a functions being held there, but After reading some of the reviews..." I am not sure, especially seeing the cost. I do appreciate the company's recovery strategies in replying and reaching out especially to those whose stay was not the best. GREAT CUSTOMER RETENTION MOVE. So as the verdict is still out whether I will stay here or elsewhere, if I do stay, I will be sure to come back and post a review about my experience as an overnight guess. So check back soon.   "If you need a hotel in westchester county and don't want to spend a lot, this is a perfectly decent place to stay. Not fancy but everything is clean and rooms are reasonable size. There is an outdoor pool, fitness room, and access to computer and printer. Towels could be better. "
