The only problem we experienced was our room was on the first floor and we did notice some ants around the room cooler each morning, but we liked the Inn and plan on going back later in the fall for another visit. The Inn at Quogue is a beautiful old 1820's farmhouse that was converted over the years into an Inn (15 rooms) plus a private cottage. It is surrounded by a lush and beautiful neighbourhood that is quiet and peaceful enough to walk around and relax in, yet steps from a bakery, general store (with many selections for fresh prepared foods and all other manner of snacks and sundries), toy store, real estate office and a couple of other shops. The Inn has a restaurant (no affiliation to the Inn other than it is housed inside it) but we did not eat there.
