"I've stayed at the Inn at Quogue dozens of times over the last few years. The location is great ....a mile from the Quogue Beach and around the corner from the cute shops in Quogue.. It's a great place for a relaxing, quiet weekend... The rooms in the back of the hotel are a pretty good deal... $1..."75 a night, I think, which is low compared to some of the crappy motels on Montauk Highway... The restaurant is good and there's a nice bar that is fun for getting a drink before or after dinner...Natalie and the girls at the front desk are sweet and very helpful.. It's not luxurious, but it's cute and clean and makes for a great summer house in the hamptons, if you can't afford a real one!

"My wife found the Inn at Quogue online and I have to admit I had some concerns about staying there after reading some of the more negative reviews but our stay was quite different. The room was quaint and clean. It was cleaned each day, the bed made, new towels supplied and the garbage removed. We s..."tayed mid-week (with our two dogs), the Inn and the neighborhood was quiet and fun to explore. The beach is a short drive away, the Inn gives you a beach permit for parking.
The only problem we experienced was our room was on the first floor and we did notice some ants around the room cooler each morning, but we liked the Inn and plan on going back later in the fall for another visit.

The Inn at Quogue is a beautiful old 1820's farmhouse that was converted over the years into an Inn (15 rooms) plus a private cottage. It is surrounded by a lush and beautiful neighbourhood that is quiet and peaceful enough to walk around and relax in, yet steps from a bakery, general store (with many selections for fresh prepared foods and all other manner of snacks and sundries), toy store, real estate office and a couple of other shops. The Inn has a restaurant (no affiliation to the Inn other than it is housed inside it) but we did not eat there. We did not explore the Inn but based on what I saw there are no common areas due to the restaurant occupying the mai...
