  "My daughters and I stayed in the Riverside Motel for two nights while in Grand Forks for a wedding. This is a small, privately owned roadside motel. It probably dates back to the '60s, but it's freshly painted and updated inside and out. We had a room with two queen beds. The room was very spacious,..." bright, and spotlessly clean, and quieter than I would have thought, being located right off the highway. It was wonderful to wake up to the birds singing outside our windows! The bed linens were crisp and comfortable; the towels thick and soft; the water pressure good, with lots of hot water. The room had a little kitchen that we didn't need to use, and a TV that we didn't even turn on, so I can't comment on either of these amenities. The owners were very friendly and helpful in every way. They've placed picnic tables front and back of the units which would be great for casual family picnics.
