The dining room is intimate, elegant and warm. The food was fresh and expertly prepared. The beautiful salads (we ate there both nights) and broiled fish were a welcome respite from some of the heavier, fried local fare. Don't get me wrong, I love fish and chips, but after six days of nothing but, my heart and my pants were equally appreciative of a healthier plate. Having said that, you wouldn't want to miss the decadent dessert. Delicious! The rooms are comfortable with private baths. The breakfasts (included) are just as splendid as the evening meal.
