  "My wife and I spent two days at Hotel La Ceiba last week. The hotel has a lovely courtyard with tropical trees and flowers along with a swimming pool and a pet Toucan. Our plain and simple room had 2 beds and 3 windows that opened. We had the very good buffet breakfast in their second-floor restaurant. Perhaps because they have a restaurant they were unable to suggest any place to eat in the area, but we walked up to the plaza and diagonally across to find a row of hotdog/hamburger kiosks, and then exactly what we hoped to find – women selling their tamales with cabbage slaw and hot sauce. We sat at a little table on the sidewalk and were joined by quite a few families who were obviously regulars.
