  "Had a lovely stay at the luxurious Pennyhill Park, the spa was the highlight and we spent most of our time there, however after we left the spa my wife had to walk back in her free spa slippers as some rotten little so and so had stolen her shoes. Ok she had accidently left them under the seat by th..."e locker but even so you don't expect it do you? The staff were useless and asked each other if they had stolen the shoes, what are they going to say, yes it was me i stole them?!The room had just been refurbished and was lovely as was the food but the thermostat had gone wrong in the dining room so it was about 38deg! The TV didn't work in the room, only one channel was clear enough to see, they offered to move us but that's not the point, our TV works at home OK why not here?? Luckily we didn't want to watch TV as we were busy in the spa getting our shoes stolen. " More >
