  "What an incredible time we had at Gearhart Ocean Inn. The cottages were so cozy and clean, and the decor was spot on for an Oregon coast getaway! Our family of four (plus one happy dog) was so impressed with the quality of everything throughout. And the attention to detail! So lovely! From the fire ..."pit filled ready to go with extra wood chopped and ready to go in the shed, to the complimentary beach cruisers, clam guns, and DVDs, to the doggy welcome basket, we were well taken care of! On our final day, our host not only showed us how to clean the clams from our morning excursion, she came in and helped us do it! Amazing service! We really had the best time, and cannot wait to return. We will never go anywhere else while visiting the coast (Astoria, Seaside, Cannon Beach). It's that good! " More >

  "The Gearhart Cottages were perfect! They were so clean, and accomodating!!! The beds were made up fresh, the living area was comfortable, the bathroom was so clean, and the kitchenette had everything we needed. The terry cloth robes in the that were in our rooms were cozy, clean, comfy & free!!!! We..." even had a fireplace to warm us up in the early mornings & late evenings!!! The decorations were very classy beachy! Our entire group loved every part of this adorable beach facility. Some of us also took advantage of the free beach bikes to ride around Gearhart & enjoy the private homes & surroundings!!!! I will definitely come back again, and again, and again!!!! They also have a beautiful garden with Adirondack chairs for leisurely relaxing & a fire pit to enjoy. The Gearhart Inn also provides the makings for S'mores, firewood, etc. & blankets to enjoy for a small fee. :) " More >
