If you are used to sleeping in a king size bed, or have no intentions of cuddling up with your loved one all night, try to get two doubles. Rooms are pretty sound proof. We had room 212, which faces elevator and the highway. We didn't hear a thing. All in all, I would definitively recommend for anyone staying at Dickson City. The room was as clean as our home and the beds had mattresses that made our sleep an experience. I had been suffering from back pain and after sleeping on the Queen size bed for one night I woke u..."p feeling no pain and completely relaxed. We asked about places to eat within walking distance and the clerk Dawn sent us to "Smile" a quaint local place a short walk away. The food was as good as the service and the atmosphere was delightful. We made our reservation by calling the hotel direct and Robbie made registering very easy as well as being helpful after we arrived. Don another employee gave us attention and explained local places of interest such as Steam Town where there is a museum complete with old locomotives.
