This hotel is so good that my wife (fiancee at that time) and I wanted to have our wedding and all the events in this hotel but it was not available on those dates. The service has always been phenomenal and..." the staff very friendly. The hotel has free valet parking facility....first time ever I saw that in a hotel in the US. The restaurant, attached to the hotel, is very nice and upscale. The pool at the hotel was not as clean as I would have preferred but it was nice. Location is really really nice and convenient literally walking distance from movie theater, Southlake Town Center, shopping centers, etc. We used the spa here and it was very good too. Love it love it love it. Verdict - don't look for another hotel in the 10 miles radius. " More >

  "The room was extremely dark and that is what I like, it was quiet and extremely comfortable. I would love to return to this area and hotel and stay for a family visit. It was a lovely area. The staff was friendly and helpful."

  "Recently stayed at hotel for business. It was very nice, room was updated, granite countertops, flat screen TV. I was greeted promptly by the valet, which is complimentary. During check in I was greeted pleasantly and was asked if I wanted a king size bed rather than the two queen beds I had reserve..."d. I didn't have to ask! Quiet hotel, could not hear my neighbors so I was ale to rest comfortably. Hotel staff was well trained and very polite. Location was great, many restaurants, shops, and movie theater within walking distance. Be warned that the construction in Dallas is awful, the only challenge was finding the hotel from the airport.
