  "Just finished a one night stay at The Homestead this past weekend. Being from the area, I had always heard about the Homestead but had never visited until this weekend. We had a great time and were very pleased with our stay. We did have a few minor issues but nothing that really ruined our stay...." We arrived a little early and were able to check in and get to our room right away. This was great considering there was so much we wanted to do and such little time. There was also the chance of bad weather which thankfully held off until we left Sunday AM. Once we got settled in our room which was very nicely sized and decorated, especially the bathroom, we made a tee time for 9 holes on the Old Course. This was our first minor issue. They couldn't find the keys to our car! We almost missed our tee time! Thankfully they found them after 15 minutes or so of looking and got us to the clubhouse right before our tee time.
