The Tree Streets Inn has renewed our faith in b and b's. Everything about our stay was positive. The room we stayed in, the Chestnut, was ve..."ry clean and tastefully decorated. Our room had cable television (not that we spent much time watching it) and a private bathroom. The first night we slept at Tree Streets it was so quiet we had difficulty sleeping! We woke up in the morning and thought a fan would be helpful to provide some white noise. We opened the closet in our room and there was a fan! The innkeepers (and their daughter and grandson) were so pleasant, it felt like we were visiting family. Everyone was very willing to offer advice on where to visit, where to eat, etc. We came back to the inn from dinner one night and we were offered delicious brownies. Linda's lovely English garden adds to the enjoyment of the large porch with its welcoming wicker furniture. The breakfasts are not only a delicious taste experience but also a visual treat in their presentation. Despite Linda & Wayne's being surprised on our first morning with an 'oven on the blink' - we guests would have never known had they not told us from our yummy 'improvised' breakfast. Davie is a great source for information about what to see in the area and is an indefatigable host.
