  "We stayed at AppleCreek at the end of March. Location was good, close to the Peninsula State Park, where we enjoyed the views, cross-country skiing and sledding. The room was nice. The hot tub was so warm and relaxing, especially after spending many fun but cold hours outside. I was so impressed b..."y the owner's hospitality. I believe her name was Lynn. The rental place for sleds was closed that day, so she offered us to stay one night for free so we could rent the sleds the next day. We couldn't stay an extra night, so she lent us her own sleds to use as long as we wanted. The day we left, she gave us 3 jars of delicious cherry jam!!! The whole experience was great! " More >

We came up to Door County a little early in the season and however we had such an amazing time at our stay here. There are about 6 or 7 guest rooms here and im sure this place is quite busy during the high seaso..."n but we had the place to ourselves which we enjoyed. We stayed in room 6 which we found to be well appointed and suited our needs for the long weekend. Breakfast is served on the veranda in the morning and it was excellent! Make sure to try the bacon cheddar scone and the granola. We thourougly enjoyed staff at the inn and we found that they really went out of there way to make our stay enjoyable. The whistling swan has extra little touches of class that we really enjoyed. Make sure to have dinner at the Inn one night- it should not be missed!
