Annie, the lady who runs the place, is a lovely Korean lady who has a very clear sense of how things work, and how to make things work. She is clear, concise and kind. I don't know what the fuss other people have made is about. Annie's hostel has rules, the same as any other. If one follows the rules, there is no problem.
