The condo was VERY well stocked, and when we arrived, SPOTLESS. Somehow even though these are 5-6 years old, it seems like it was just build yesterday. Everything in the condo worked perfectly, and it was full of every item we could hope to use for cooking, relaxing, playing at the beach, etc. The amenities that are left and the welcome packet of information is wonderful as well. You can read the other reviews about the location.. I'll just use the same word.. PERFECT! Our 20 month old daughter walking with us made the trek to the beach every day easily, and was very impressed with the landscapin... " More >

We choose to stay at this property over the rest of the Kohala Coast hotels because of its beautiful scenery, modern and spacious rooms, and comfortable beds. Their Friday and Saturday night prime rib and crab legs buffet are affordable and delicious. Our only complaint about the hotel is their security manager who works the grave yard shift. We are locals who live on the island but also enjoy staying (as paying customers) at various hotels on the island. At several of our stays, we have been accused by only this security guard that we were being too loud (while voguer language and loud noises were coming from other parts of the pools) , and should we make disturbances the police would be called and our names would be checked at the hotel f...
