  "Conveniently located in the the heart of Morristown N.J. We came out here for a wedding, booked 3 rooms for three nights and the ladies found it close enough to all the beauty salons, nail parlors hair dressers. Century 21 is just around the corner and car park is free for hotel guests if you wish ..."to park it yourself. All you need to do, is validate your parking ticket at the efficient front desk. The general service was excellent, friendly . Buffet breakfast for 18$ a person is a pretty good deal in terms of value for money. The rooms are very spacious recently refurbished but they didn't replace the bath tubs....when the hotel is full they were late cleaning up the rooms which was a kind of an inconvenience because we had a weeding to prepare to... The guy at the doorway gave me a hard time when we checked out ( May 12th ) and was very out spoken when he wouldn't let pull out in front of the hotel to pick up my wife, kids and the luggage.   "Jerry Christian was the manager on - we called him the day before because we had personal problems that might interfere with our stay (i.e., coming for graduation, but not sure our son would graduate). In an otherwise stressful experience, he was the best part - extremely thoughtful, kind and reasu..."rring, letting us know that the hotel would be flexible for us. When we arrived (all the personal stuff worked out) he remembered us, was extremely welcoming, and even gave us passes for breakfast. In my book, the extras are nice, but it is really the attitude that brings me back, and Jerry couldn't have been nicer while remaining extremely professional. I hope the Westin recognizes that they have a gem in this person, and my good feelings about the Westin are totally because of him - wish I had more people like that in my own business. " More >
