It is right in the heart of the city; walking distance to the boulevard, the bell tower, ATM machines, mall and restaurants. It is also a short distance to Siliman University, the port, and their Sans Rival cakes and p..."astry shops. Sans Rival is a delicacy so make sure you buy some to bring home with you. The room is spacious enough but no windows. The hallways are not well-lit and it feels creepy. The bathroom is clean with towels & toiletries replaced daily. If you travel with a vehicle this location is not recommended since its a tight squeeze during the day. The hotel doesn't have a parking lot so you have to find a space on the side streets. The hotel staff is great esp. the doorman who readily assists you in getting in and out when you’re in a fix. " More >

The staff is friendly and helpful though when comes to transportation cost, they seems to be a little lost. I would not say this hotel is very cheap in Dumaguete but it is very good value for money.
