The service we had was absolutly second to none - and my new hubby and I have been to many many resorts around the world. This resort was so spotlessly clean, very well maintained..." and the service was nothing short of fantastic. Right down to the little details. We were in a bungalow in the 300 section and asked to change to a nicer view - we were quickly upgraded to a stunning ocean view bungalow in the 200 section. The pools were cleaned daily and the service at all the restaurants was just amazing-very helpful especially Jose on the busy side. More geared to couples however lots of children were coming and going as well. OUr bungalo was spotless and any request we made was met with speedy completion and always with a smile. The amenities of the hotel include three pools, four restaurants with the variety of food from local, to Italian and Brazilian cuisine. A great destination that would work for couples or families, that's not an easy feat.   "Our trip was for our yearly family vacation, we are a family of 4 (9-13 year old girls). Our friends had been to Costa Rica in the Guanacaste area but didn't stay at the Hilton . This was our first all-inclusive, and to be honest, we were initially wary of the possibility of being stuck in a resort ..."...with children + bad food for 7 days and that the kids would be bored . Fortunately, it was a really wonderful experience that far exceeded our expectations and left us wanting to return with our friends in the near future. We were lucky enough to get a room near right by the large pool area with a view of the ocean. It was super clean with all the amenities to make us feel right at home!
