Whoever we spoke to answered us politely and always with a smile. The reception staff were great and spoke English very well so there were no problems there. Having said that if you are going there why not learn a bit of Greek? We did and it was appreciated by everyone we tried it on, it made such a difference to our holiday. The hotel is excellent although the corridors can seem a bit like echo chambers at times, but that is due to the guests there who seem to feel the need to shout every time they walk through the hotel.
