  "CHECK-IN: It was easy and reception staff are very friendly. There is someone to help you take your bags to your room if needed and the bar staff serve cava or orange juice on arrival. There is a mini fridge to keep your after sun and water in and a safe in the wardrobe (payable) if needed. Ladies: there are plenty of mirrors, this is a very important aspect for me and I have been in hotels before where mirrors are an issue. Our room included two full length mirrors as well as wall mirrors and very large mirrors in the bathroom. The decor is clean and fresh and lighting is not too harsh. You get a TV but we found only one channel was any good (MTV). Most channels were in German but some could be reverted back to English. THE SERVICE: The service was brilliant.   "Spent 11 nights herein October with the family. We all had a great time and the weather was good to us. The hotel room was big and spacious not that we was in it much. The food here was amazing there was always good quality food on offer and always had guest chefs in the buffet. The pools was big an..."d never overcrowded and we always got a sun bed. On the way down to the beach we always stopped to feed the chipmunks which the kids loved doing. The beach is fine sand with the sea lovely and warm. My kids went off to the kids club a couple of times and they always came back very happy. When we left the hoteland was sat in the taxi on the way to the airport my boys was crying as they didn't want to leave. All the staff was friendly and hardworking.   "I have just returned from a 7 night stay at the Jandia Princess with my boyfriend and this is an excellent hotel. When we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted and offered a drink whilst waiting to check in (this was a choice of a glass of cava or a non-alcoholic cocktail). The reception staff were ..."very friendly and explain everything to you about your stay. We upgraded to Adults Only on arrival but as I had previously emailed the hotel directly enquiring as to how much it would cost to do this, they had remembered I wanted to upgrade! The cost to upgrade is 5 euros per night per person. There are 3 bandings at the hotel; Family, Adults Only and Premium. I'm not sure how much it costs to upgrade to the Premium banding however this does allow you to have branded drinks. There is an Adults Only swimming pool with a swim up bar which was lovely but the family pool is very big and there is enough sunbeds to go round (although we did reserve our beds in order to sit where we wanted).
