  "Back Home is the way to start our review .We have stayed at the Melia many times , but had to stay at the Iberostar Daquiri for the last 3 visits to Cuba because of the refurb and Thomas Cook pulling out of the Melia . There was nothing to complain about at the ID it is a lovely hotel with great st..."aff , but the Melia is the Hotel for us . All the long term entertainment staff know us and we class them as friends ( Jimmy , Gale . Yenia to name a few } and the guys we had not met before Gerald and Louis were just as friendly . Gerald even got us involved in Aqua Airobics every morning which is a first for us . The Bar staff , waiters and waitresses were great as usual . There are far too many to mention individually , each and everyone is special to us . Nothing is too much trouble and they will go out of their way to please people .   "My husband and i travelled to sol Cayo guillermo on the 19th of April for 14 nights and we loved every minute of our holiday we have been to Cuba a few times but this is our second time at guillermo , the hotel is lovely , the beach is stunning and the staff are some of the best we've had the pleasu..."re of meeting.
