Ian has unique knowledge of a local distillery, get him talking about it and it will be 10x more informative than any tour. Best Scottish breakfast I had all trip, don't be shy about having him cook for you. If you like to fish, I am sure he'll take you fishing, wish we'd had more time there to be honest.
