ID#: 142868110 I thank you for taking care of the above in such a positive way...so much appreciated I see that there is another derogative comment posted from last year by Alicia W which has been brought to my attention? The claims that they are making are really damaging to our good name!? The photo's actaully show a very clean ( small, yes) room, shower and dining room table? Please note that every booking and enquiry is given the option of what is available before any deposits are requested? The fact is that these guests requested the cheapest accommodation ( R 290 per person WITH Dinner AND Breakfast.....good value for money I'd say??) They were offered alternative - more spacious and upgraded - accommodation at the time but declined. In our confirmation letter it is CLEARLY stated that we do not offer credit or debit card facilities and that the full amount is due on arrival...which is the case with almost every accommodation establishment in our area ( with many requiring the full amount prepaid prior to arrival?) The fact that we have different bank accounts is a convenience to most guests as this enables them to do a bank transfer which reflects immediately...an option that was given to these customers as well( Most guests use our office computer to this upon arrival?) Please could you give me your feedback of what you feel about my response? Also our customers have enquired if you have to register to leave a comment? We have so many happy customers that send us emails which are on our files? Not sure if people would take the time to register, etc, etc??
