Cannot go wrong, steaks, fried pork, mofongo, seafood, croquettes, rices, etc. And if you like cheese custard, not even my grandma can beat this one.

The plantains soup was the best.! Also visit Manolo's...a bakery close by that is part of the familiy....great sandwiches...

For more than three decades Marcelo has been serving cuban food with a puertorrican touch. The place is a favorite with people looking for a relaxed atmosphere and affordable prices. Service is nice but slow so if you are in hurry, go some place else.

The signature dishes smoked fried chicken and stuffed cornish hen are delicious!!!I strongly recommend that you give them a try. Yummmy!Very friendly service. Oh! the sangria is very good since it has a very natural, not too sweet flavor. For dessert, try the natilla. Will definetely come back!:-)

It is a family restaurant, always crowded. Great service but not my favorite in terms of food taste. I can recommend their delicious smoked fried chicken. I have ordered their sangria twice and both times I have to return them, no taste of fruit at all. They have plenty of tables and space for a small family reunion.

I went to Marcelo's twice. FIrst I had the shrimp mofongo. It was just ok. The next time I had a lunch special of shredded beef. Almost inedible. I should have tried what they claim is their "specialty", smoked chicken. Seems to be a very popular place with upscale, older locals.

Loved the food, we go frequently and order the stuffed chicken. Delicious!!. It could do better with a bit faster service.
