We didn’t have a reservation but arrived when the restaurant opened and were able to get a table. The restaurant is right over the water with a nice atmosphere. We found the staff to be very friendly and attentive. We also found the food (tuna steak and mahi mahi) to be very good. In addition to our fish entree, we... More

This restaurant is located in the Intercontinental hotel. I guess is their "fancy restaurant"; since they have a dress code, no swimming attire is allowed at any time including lunch which I find kind of stupid specially if you are staying at the hotel which we weren't and want to eat lunch at this restaurant. The food was good but... More

We ate at this restaurant on our last night in Tahiti and had a very positive experience. The food, presentation and service were outstanding, especially in contrast to Tiara, the other restaurant at the Intercontinental resort. It's expensive, but the over-lagoon location is special. Reserve ahead and ask for a lagoon-side table.

The food and service were very good. Beautiful view of the laguna with swimming and jumping fish. But... pricey restaurant !!

The day was sunny, blue sky with lofty white clouds nearby. The seating was at a small, table overlooking the sea. We were close enough to see the colorful fish doing their own snorkel! We each ordered a glass of St Clair Sav Blanc from NZ, cold and refreshing. We ordered a Fisherman's Platter for two,for lunch! It came with choices... More

Cant say enough good things about this restaurant. During our stay at the intercontinental we ate there about 4 times. Partially due to the fact that the food was just stellar but also because the food & service in the other main restaurant & bar was so abysmal. Really enjoyed the tables right over the water. Menu was unique &... More

Loved the view! Sit along the edge so you can look over to the lit up coral & watch the fish The food was to DIE FOR!! By far our best meal (actually 2 as we went back the following night) we had in our 2 weeks on the islands.

The setting was waterside, and the food was delicious. Popular with local bigwigs. About as close to a gourmet French restaurant as you'll find on Tahiti.

My husband and I ate there on 11/7/12 and the food was terrible. His tuna dish was four tiny pieces with not much flavor. I ordered the seafood catch of the day and it was about 2.5oz and came with a cream sauce that I didn't use because it was flavorless. We travel a lot and eat often at fine... More

Nice setting, that was probably the best. Food was Ok, wine really expensive. You need to make advance reservations. Overall experience was pleasant.
