Waitresses were disinterested, food was a dogs breakfast . Expected much more for price. How can this business honestly think they can charge these prices for this kind of food and service?

Called in for a late lunch, around 1.30 p.m. Still serving lunch and staff were very friendly and helpful. Had the persian lamb, beetroot and chickpea salad with a fresh fruit of my choice. Both were fantastic and the view over the river was great too. I will definitely be back - price was reasonable and food delicious, loved the... More

We just grabbed some takeaway fish and chips to take across the road to the park. A estimated 30 minute wait was almost spot on to the minute. Yes there may be places nearby with cheaper prices but our meals were great and all the little extras included like tartare sauce, napkins & plastic cutlery were appreciated.

After scouring all the menus along Gympie Terrace we decided on Grenny's to meet friends who were also holidaying on the coast. The restaurant is modern and fresh looking and we were delighted with our table right at the front, with a great view. I am a bit mixed about my feelings for Grenny's. The service was pretty good and... More

After a long wait from a disinterested waitress I ordered the seafood crepe, the menu stated prawns, bugs and scalops - when it arrived after another long wait (and the restaurant was not busy) it had two prawns on top and a piece of smoked salmon!!!! What??? I would of rather the waitress said we dont have any seafood please... More

We had visitors staying with us over new years and wanted to head out somewhere nice for New Years breakfast. Grenny's was the only place open so we stopped in and decided to eat there. The meals were huge and quite tasty, but the service was just a disaster. It was obviously busier than they were used to, so you... More

"We wandered in for lunch, as the menu looked good and the restaurant looked bright and modern. We were very pleased - I had a salad with lamb and a number of other good things in it - it was different and delicious, and a generous size. Prices were very reasonable. Our young server was friendly and obliging. We decided... More

A group of 6 of us had lunch at Grenny's recently. We all enjoyed our respective lunchs and the general atmosphere of the restaurant. The selection was both regular menu and daily specials. The prices were reasonable. The service was attentive and very professional. A few of us had the tempera whiting and others had coral trout--nether fish being usually... More
