The latest of many visits to Zio Toto's for Massimo's fantastic cooking.
This time we had a mixed antipasto, followed by tagliatelle with wild mushrooms, herbs and tomatoes. Main cours was thinly sliced pork on a bed of rocket with a balsamic dressing. To finish a perfectly cooked chocolate tortino hard on the outside and liquid in the middle.

this is a great place to go if you want a real Italian, home-made, well-cooked dinner at a very reasonable price. you wont have a menu and will basically be served whatever is in season, although if you call in advance you can discuss with the owner who is very friendly. the surrounding area and the town itself is stunning...
