We came here with our 2 children as unlike everywhere else in Kata the owners didn't try and drag us in off the street. We had 3 Thai dishes and 1 pizza, all were really good. We would come again.

Good food, friendly service, a bit compact and fair prices. Would recommend it. Grade: above average.

Eightfold was our favourite restaurant in Kata. It was the most authentic, tastiest food. It is a small family owned restaurant, they were always very friendly and glad to see us. Our favourite dishes were: Pad Thai, penang curry, chicken with Thai basil and chilli and of course the chicken fried rice as snack for lunch.

Had my best curry here, Paneng Curry with prawns one night and pork another, tasty and spicy, not European spicy, Thai spicy !. Great friendly owner and staff. Kiddy friendly and great family atmosphere with great prices!

Took our Thai friend to this restaurant one night after we'd got home late after a tour and couldn't be bothered going far (just down the end of the driveway of Centara Kata) and she loved it so much that we went back there another 2 times. Delicious curry's, rich with authentic flavours and the creamiest coconut cream, noodle dishes... More

Have you ever imagined having a noodle soup made from a broth cube? We had that yesterday. Unfortunatelly we were quite confident and ordered fried noodles with shrimps - also big fail. I really can't understand why this place (can't write "restaurnant") got so many positive reviews and starting believe in fake reviews in Tripadvisor.

I read the reviews but found immediately what was liked most--this restaurant has a western menu for the kids who may not like larb gai or pad Thai. Be aware that there is no air conditioning but not many restaurants in Kata have air. My favorite--fried squid in garlic and the fried rice.

Cant recognise the hype about this restaurant. Here is my opinion: Plus Average prices Descent decor Minus Poor food - an european kitchen can anytime make better thai food Slow service even though we were the only guests

Go and visit Bug and his team. Very easy going, laid back spot to dine. Great for family, lots of options western and Thai. All very tasty....even take away back to your hotel if you want. Set up well for all languages. Thank you Bug...yummy lunch!

This place is right across the street from our hotel, we have been here twice already and am happy every time. The food is good, authentic and cheap. They are very polite and I would recommend heading here for a nice easy meal. Also their banana milkshake is excellent, I get it every time. A little easy to miss though,... More
