I have now been to Spectrum a number of times. On my most recent visit just this week, they had updated the menu, including a new childrens menu, which looked great. We had lunch at Spectrum a few weeks ago, it is a great gem in Port Stephens. Spectrum has a nursery, gift shop and cafe set amongst well established gardens.
