Went for the Sunday night party. The music was good and the location beautiful. The food and drink on offer was quite expensive and nothing special.

of Nelson's dockyard, to the east, named after the governor who built the fortifications. Perhaps the best spot on the island making realize why you came to this tropical island for a get away in the first place!

The steel band and Reggae band were great, fun good, location overlooking English Harbour for a sunset was wonderful.

The food is fine - it's a big barbecue, so don't expect gourmet. But, for what it is, it's excellent. The view is difficult to beat, and the experience of the big party is one of the quintessential Antigua experiences. It's crowded though (on Sundays), so getting drinks can be a hassle. This is a must-do.

If you decide to take the excursion from the hotel that "includes the admission etc. to the heights" DON'T DO IT. The money you pay to get there and get through the door is all that you get. Simple...the view is great, nice place to take pictures of the island, nice guided tour, facilities. You must see it !

Time constraints limited me to only a few minutes there and that was fine, but a little longer would have been good too.
