My wife and I dined at Cariba by chance and was thoroughly pleased we did. The service was very good and the place had a family feel to it. The food was also very good and a nice touch was that the chef (owner) came out to speak to people at the end of the evening.

Wonderfully prepared food with an island flair.Everything is fresh and unique. Excellent and inventive cocktail list, too.

Just had the best meal ever. The jerk pork is best on the island. Highly recommended. The service is excellent and the food fantastic. We always dine here when on the island and have never been disappointed.
