While in port for the day, we asked a local resident where a good local place to eat was. He took us directly to Deyna's. Although you are suppose to grab a tray and go down the food line, we were instructed to have a seat and were waited on. The food was fresh as I had fish and my... More

On Sunday nearly everything is closed on Grenada, but not here. We had 3 options for food. Chicken plate, marlin, and turkey. The plate had rice and beans, two pieces of chicken, and cabbage salad and a banana for me, and the same with fish for my wife. Service was quick, it was inexpensive.

I've always enjoyed the lunches from Deyna's. The food's very very tasty and definitely worth the money.

Deyna's is renowned in St George for her quality food. Our tour guide took us there for lunch and we ate a platter of rice, chicken, beans and local vegetables and plantain. This was cooking Grenadian style and gave us a real incite into how the locals like to eat. It was great to try the local cuisine and it... More

Local food and juices (although the breakfast took a bit to get used to) for almost nothing. The rotis are good, just be careful. The chicken roti is with bones (as it usually is in Grenada)!

A good variety of local food and inexpensive. Had curry goat, lambie, rice and peas, macaroni, fried chicken, local juice (made with golden apple). All good.

I try to have breakfast at this restaurant every time I go to Grenada. Ms Deyna is a very warm person and the food is very tasty.

Grenada style breakfast is the reason many people, locals included, come to Deyna's. Island breakfast is not very healthy looking, with salt fish, lots of fried meats and sweet rolls, but there is a daily special hot cereal - oatmeal, cream of wheat, or a grain cereal mixed with local spices (quite good). Line up cafeteria style, and point to... More
