Bit of a hairy drive down a steep slope but once there this is a lovely place nestled into the hillside. The sea is a few steps away. The food is good. Portions too large for a three course meal. Beef Wellington was scrumptious. Decent service. But it was quiet.

I went to a Sunday BBQ with friends and it was enjoyable. The only negative was the service: very slow and inattentive. We had to constantly ask the waitress for more water when the water goblet went empty. Had to wait another 15 minutes after the main course were served because two side dishes were missing. We probably waited another... More

You know what it's like hanging around waiting to get a late afternoon flight and there's not enough time to hit the beach or have a long boozy lunch and still not worry about missing the flight ? The Aquarium is the perfect solution - a great restaurant and bar on a fantastic beach within walking distance of the airport... More

Great location and atmosphere especially Sunday lunchtime when there is a large selection from a BBQ menu, and yes it is laminated, however this is a laid back beach restaurant. Most people soak up the sun, snorkel and then go into the restaurant for lunch usually still in their swimwear with a coverup. We went there 4 times on our... More

We ate as a large group on an evening where no a la carte menu was available and had to order from a sticky cheap looking laminated BBQ menu. No drinks orders were taken until prompted. I ordered the jerk chicken which was extremely over done and dry. When it came to paying the bill I was unaware a tip... More

Don't allow the steep access to scare you away...you won't regret The location and atmosphere is the greatest asset of this restaurant..you are on the beach...white sands...clear blue seas...gentle breaking waves ...just right for a Sunday afternoon. The sounds of a local band fills the air with the rhythms of reggae and calypso......for the frequent visitor you would have committed... More

We were recommended to go to the Aquarium and we went with some friends we made at Coyaba. It was great fun, the food was good and the live music was typically caribbean. If you want somehwere quiet this is not the place to go on a Sunday, but we thoroughly enjoyed our time.

This restaurant offers good food, a great vibe on sunday with live music and a perfect setting by the beach with sun beds available for hire and good snorkelling on the reef. The only issue remains the service - slow service is acceptable in Grenada but the poor staff training at the Aquarium lets both the staff and the customers... More

Visited this restaurant whilst staying at the Rex nearby. Stood at the bar for 10 mins before we were even acknowledged and then we were shoo'd away to another bar further inside the restaurant. Once we got there we were ignored and several members of staff walked past us, we were only offered a table after one of our party... More

The Aquarium has a barbecue on Sunday lunches, with seating right on the edge of the beach -IF YOU BOOK IN TIME. Be sure to request a beach side table if you want one, as most of the tables are inside. There is a live band playing Caribbean music as you dine. The view is spectacular, across the bay towards St.... More
