I was hesitant to write this review, because I would rather keep this little dive to myself. As a local, it can best be described as the "Hellshire" of Mobay. Go with an open mind and an empty stomach. Calling in advance helps.

Worst meal i ever had. Of u listen to the other reviews u will be sorry. Takes an hour to get the dried out food. My friend said if i saw the kitchen i would have run out of the place. I always seek authentic food wherever i travel this is not food...
Loved it. We went back twice. It is truly a hole in the wall! You walk around back and check the catch of the day. Parrot Fish, Conch, lobster, octopus, Shrimp or Snapper. They charge you by the pound. They then cook it any way you want. Steam it, fry it, grill it and then flavor it. Escovitch style. They...

Love the setting and the fish is excellent overall. We call in our order for fried fish to take overseas with us as well as for families and friends returning to the states. On some Friday night we'll stop there and eat instead of cooking.
If you want have a taste of real Jamaican food, this should be your destination. My girlfriend and I went there in December 2012. We really liked the food and the general atmosphere. I had the best conk ever and their steamed fish was tasty. This place is a gem in the heart of the Caribbean. If you have a...

Can't get more "local" than this "upscale" roadside grill. I say upscale since there is a physical building as part of the "establishment". Some might leave that word off but dont let that prevent you from going to this place. We were to only non-locals there. Everything cooked to order and fresh as fresh could be. And did I mention...

I have been coming here a couple of times over the past three years and though "Chill Out Hut" has a more upscale and wider beachfront dining area, the fish here is the best. The location is really past Rose Hall on the main Road into Greenwood just on the outskirts of Mobay (as we the frequent tourists call It)....

Had read about this place on trip advisor and decided that it sounded like a great place to eat. We came off of the cruise and rented a cab for the entire day to be taken anywhere we wanted.
We were going to eat Jerk at Scotchies but the food was not ready by 10 am so we decided to...
