For starters, this place is better than it looks from the outside. Don't be afraid...Go in. The interior is pretty bleak. With old tables, plastic table covers and fake flowers. Dress cool because it is open air and it will be rather steamy, but the fans make it tolerable. The menu is simple, with not a lot of options, but... More

Waterfront de Belle View (spelled as per their menu) is a funky, cheerfully painted, little spot for a reasonably priced meal featuring a majority of local dishes plus an array of sandwiches, wraps, burgers and snacks for visitors. Appetizers consist of Lucian Caesar Salad, local fish cakes, vegetarian spring rolls and more. Prices of appetizers range from $3 -$6 US.... More

Great local cuisine at the lowest prices, worth the visit and the food is delicious...the scenery, location tells the story of soufriere, the restuarant is situated in an "ancient looking" housing.

A good place to try in Soufrière. The fish dishes are especially fresh. It can be a bit warm so ask the servers to turn on the fans. We tried the roti which was OK. The roti bread is a little dry compared to elsewhere in Saint Lucia. Note: it seems to be the place where the boat tours bring... More

Food was good, but it's a bit pricier than it's worth. Ask for the cocoa tea though - it's not on the menu but it's worth it!

I had yard bird here and my wife had a chicken roti. I thought it was good but my wife got sick. It could have been that her stomach was not used to the food. Not sure. Overall the service and view was terrific.

We read about this restaurant on tripadvisor and it was also recommended by one of our cab drivers as a place for local Creole so when we went into the town of Soufriere we checked it out. It was a little hard to find the entrance (just an open door into a hallway) but there was a sign outside that... More

I found this quaint, family-owned, restaurant only two days before leaving Soufriere and ate the remainder of my meals there. The food was delicious and very well suited my taste buds as I realized a lot of the native foods I had experienced were too "harsh" for my palate. Hearty portions are served at a reasonable price by a friendly... More

Had a good lunch at Waterfront de Belle View. The view is not great because of all the electrical wires running in front of the second floor windows, but the food is wonderful and very reasonably-priced. Not sure why Petit Peak is rated higher. The food and decor were more enjoyable at de Belle View for a similar, but slightly... More

I ate here several times. It was cheap and convenient. The menu and the decor are simple. The food and the service are good. This is not a smart restaurant. It is upstairs through a narrow doorway. It is family run. They provide basic Caribbean food in good portions. They make you feel welcome and the restaurant is popular with... More
