Just reminds us of a overrated hamburg and fish fry tourist type restaurant. If you're on an island should try something else which leaves you feeling like you're away from USA chain type eating establishments. SXM has many other better places to eat.

The food was great and the service was even better. It is like they almost could read your mind. This is a definite stop while visiting the island

Great food again. I had the wahoo and the wife had the filet mignon. Excellent fish! They were crowded for a Monday night but the service was still good. The crime brûlée was as good as advertised and even a bigger portion than expected. It was a little hot in the dining area but I know where I am.

We eat at Pineapple Pete's every visit to St. Maarten. Great menu, lots to pick from. Food is wonderful! Have live music every night and great drinks!!!! Look forward to our next visit. Hope to visit this fall.

Heard of the restaurant from several people who all gave it high marks. We were met by the owner who is most personable and he was very attentive to our requests and checked for our satisfaction. Pineapple Pete's is a great informal restaurant. Their treatment of Grouper is fantastic. The owner was our waiter on our May 5 visit and he was really solicitious of our needs. You can sit near the entertainer (a mellow soft rocker) or far away. We were nearby and we enjoyed him.
