Scooby's isn't the biggest or the most popular of the Grand Case lolos...but they make the best food! Creole dishes (conch & shrimp) and the grilled whole snapper were outstanding, and the people who run it are great.

The food was very tasty, and must be good since locals were eating there. The staff was friendly as well. The prices were good for the freshly cooked food. This is a good place to visit for a quick simple meal.
We originally chose this lolo because it was the only one taking credit cards. We went back again because the food was excellent and the service was really nice. Great shrimp & yummy sides.
We went here upon recommendation of the taxi driver that we had hired for the day to show us the island. She said it was the best, although it wasn't ever really clear to us why. We all loved our meals. Or group had the coconut shrimp, the ribs and the bbq chicken. Another reviewer referred to the fibs as...

A lolo that was recommeded to us for lunch, but had one big complaint - the ribs were precooked and put back on the grill to reheat them when we placed our order. That made them very dry and unacceptable. All the side dishes were very good. Also had the coconut shrimp which was prepared to order and very good....

Scooby's is one of five Lolo establishments on the beach at Gran Case. You cannot argue with the setting, just beyond the sand. The food is mostly grilled, served simply and inexpensively. I enjoyed the pork ribs, which were grilled perfectly and served with rice and peas, green salad, and pasta salad. All the Lolos (which are on the French...

Scooby's is excellent. Great fresh fish, lobster, ribs, galore. Save your money on the expensive options up the street and stop here. Dinner for two plus beer, $30. Holla!
We wanted to eat a whole fish but they didn't have any left for lunch. So we opted for a grilled conch kebab and shrimp creole. They were both excellent and came with lots of sides. The rice and beans were so delicious! Only downside is that it can get very smoky in this outdoor space, but they have a...

When I went in September of 2012 they only accepted Cash payments (no credit cards or checks accepted) but they also offered an exchange rate of $1USD = 1 EURO. So while on their menu Ribs were...

My wife and I wanted to try some local food as a break from all of the french restaurants so we stopped into Scooby's one night. I had a rack of ribs and some chicken and my wife had the ox tail. Everything tasted amazing and it was dirt cheap. If you want a break from spending $100 a night,...
