Great food and beautifull view of the sea, but depending on the season it is better to dine inside. For example last night it was really smelly so i went inside. I had great curry shrimps.

Great food. Wonderful service. Nice ambience. Went for breakfast buffet and really had some nice mix of local and international. Would have loved to see more local though such as sara roti and chokas.

The View from the waterfront restaurant's patio was amazing! The staff was friendly and attentive and the food was good. The breakfast buffet had LOTS to choose from, the omelette station was nice. We will be back to try the Sushi...it looked amazing!

Sushi is served from 5pm except on a Sunday. Best place in Trinidad for this. The staff is the best on the island. Cocktails are great!!! Limited vegetarian options but i heard that there is a new veggie burger, I have to go back to try it.

Excellent service and a very relaxing atmosphere for any evening snack. Healthy food option as well. Tapas menu is great.

I have stayed several times at this Hyatt without trying the Waterfront Terrace. It always seemed to hot to eat al fresco. This time, the weather seemed just right, with a breeze off the sea. well guys where do we start, i dine and frequent the hyatt alot due to business. i have over the past year noted a trend where the quality of service and the food has declined. Very nice place to stay and eat outside seating makes the difference both in the evenings and especially for breakfast which is top quality apart from the razor thin bacon, but that covers most restaurants outside of the UK.
