the ambience is nice, in a great location, with a good quality of food. why average...well the menu is small, and there are limited vegetarian, healthy options.

We selected this restaurant for our daughter's "post baptism" lunch. It was a large group of us, ten and the staff did manage it all extremely well. I have no complaints :) The local cuisine was absolutely delicious. Keep up the great work guys!
Really lovely staff first & second visit. Need more variety for the deserts. Otherwise it was nice food tasted great. In terms of price, they could do better
We visited Chaud Creole with a group of 16 during our most recent visit to Trinidad. We were looking forward to authentic creole cuisine and were not disappointed.
Before our visit, we had read that all food is cooked to order, and does take a little longer to get served than other restaurants, so were prepared for a wait. However,...

Went for a dinner on a Friday night with a friend. It wasn't that busy. Yet, service was painfully slow. The server was pleasant enough but after the initial greeting and water was brought, everything took forever. While this is billed as gourmet creole, I found the food quite subpar and downright unsatisfactory given the relatively high prices they come...

I wanted to have local food with a gourmet flair on a recent trip home and decided to try Chaud Creole after comparing some menus and recommendations from friends. First off, the restaurant is ok. Nothing to write home about in terms of ambiance, but not horrid. It has its own charm. The food is interesting on paper, but didn't...

We dined at Chaud Creole, the food was amazing , the service extraordinary. We chose 7 entrees dishes and shared between 3 of us. We were spoiled rotten. Our waiter was professional and prompt. There is a. V.A.T. & 10 pcent added to bill. I truly recommend.
Decor was warm, inviting, and more elegant than typical Trini food establishments. Though quality was inconsistent over our two brunch visits, we have been amazed at the variety and array of both breakfast and lunch items. However, the most memorable items are not necessarily the higher-end seafood or meat items - some of their simpler chokas have robust and appetizing...

Party of 5 persons visited Chaud Creole on 19/10/12. We were welcomed at the door and the decor was nice. Our waiter however was very rude, and it was uncomfortable having him around. He scolded one of our guests for asking about one of the items on the menu. He dropped all 5 plates in front one person, brought a...

I love ALL the Chaud restaurants, but this one holds an even more special place in my heart because they've taken traditional Trini foods and upped them by a few hundred notches (which I never believed to be possible!!). It's so hard to choose just one thing from their extensive menu because you'll find yourself wanting ALL!! Last time we...
