This restaurant sits atop the Kapok Hotel over looking the city. The views are spectacular and the food is purely polynesian style with a bit of Trini flair mixed in for that perfect blend of spice. Definitely a place you want to go.

The beef with pepper sauce was the best I've had in Trini. The sweet & sour pork, however, was disgusting (I think they call it Hawaiian pork). It was either rotten pork or undercooked. chinese food for a good price. we ate there twice during our stay at the kapok hotel though you can just come and eat off the street also. bith times the food was great. service also was very good we didnt have to wait long at all. the view of the city is also very nice.
