We stopped on a whim, heard it was good and it really was great! Had a wonderful meal, quickly prepared, fresh, place was clean and well maintained, friendly staff and wonderful view. Don't miss it.

I like an atmosphere with good music for a dinner setting and must be different from a lunch setting

It was getting a bit late for lunch when we came across a lot of vehicles carelessly abandoned outside a shack and there was just one space for our car. The place was mobbed but there were two empty stools at the bar that we grabbed so we could case the joint. A lovely lady dispensing drinks said 'hello' passing... More

When we arrived for our reservation (absolutely on-time), the hostess hostiley told us we were 20 minutes late. After advising her otherwise, she dropped thagt subject and seated us relatively soon after we refused to wait at the bar and seemed to be jamming up her entry way. The drinks were cold and good. Three of our party had the... More

Don't believe the negative or mediocre reviews, every aspect of our meal at shipwrecks was first rate. Service was friendly and with a smile, and the food was incredible. The Mahi Mahi had one of the best seasonings I have ever tasted, and the pico de gallo shrimp scampi my wife had was great as well. This is a must... More

We don't really go to Shipwreck Landing for gourmet food. The food is fine but not fantastic. It's a fun place right across the street from the water. Many nights they have local music. All ages would be welcome here. When it gets crowded the staff gets pretty hassled. On our last visit the bartender refused to make a virgin... More

The readers digest version: Mediocre food / bad watered down drinks / poor service - if you want excellent food with a view in Coral Bay goto Miss Lucy's The details (this could be entertaining): We are a party of seven - 4 adults and 3 kids. When we arrived for lunch the place was empty and the waitress was... More

Awesome food here, great service and unlike many places on the island, they are great with refills on your drinks. Very nice ladies that work here. During the day they have tons of the Bananaquit birds over by the parking lot side. I hope they don’t get mad at me for writing this.. but if you put sugar in your... More

Went to Shipwreck for dinner without a reservation. Had the good fortune to find a spot at the bar for us to eat dinner. We had Shrimp Scampi & Caesar Salad with Blackened Mahi Mahi. Both meals were well prepared and very tasty. The frozen drink for the night was Raspberry Mango Colada. The drink was a hit. The night... More

The conch fritters were recommended here--so tried them. They are so, so--lots of corn bread with tasteless chewy pieces. I would have liked to sit nearer the water, but all those tables were reserved for a wedding party. Recommend you get reservations if you want a better table. So we were seated next to the kitchen, where later a 3-piece... More
